SBD4 DECLARATION OF INTEREST FORMS

The SBD 4 form allows bidders of a tender or request of quotation to declare their interest as they file in for work in the public sector. 

Section 1 (SBD4)

This section of the SBD 4 declaration form provides details of the form and what bidders must not do when returning the form. It has a section which warns the bidder about violation but also explains why favouritism should be avoided.

Section 2 (SBD4)

Here there are six parts starting from 2.1 down to 2.12 and these are questions allow the bidder to provide information about the business which is bidding for the tender or quotation.
